Our leadership team is comprised of proven senior executives with extensive healthcare, technology, operations, and customer experience. We are singularly focused on developing and delivering the most innovative practice growth platform in the industry.

Luke Kervin

Co-founder & Co-CEO

Luke oversees all aspects of strategy, operations, and product development at PatientPop. The company is the third successful business venture for Luke. Prior to co-founding PatientPop, he co-founded and was the president of ShopNation, and was also the first executive hire at StarBrand Media. Luke holds a business degree specializing in commerce and finance from the University of Toronto.

Travis Schneider

Co-founder & Co-CEO

Travis oversees all aspects of strategy, sales, and business development at PatientPop. Before co-founding the company, Travis co-founded and served as the CEO of ShopNation. He also co-founded and served as the CEO of StarBrand Media. Travis holds an Honors degree in Business and Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is also a two-time recipient of the KPMG Enterprise Entrepreneur Award.

Jason Gardner

Chief Financial Officer

Jason oversees all finance, administrative, and operational functions, and is a key contributor to the PatientPop growth strategy. With more than 20 years of financial and operational experience, he has raised more than $100 million in equity and debt financing at several high-growth, venture capital-backed startups. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Christophe Louvion

Chief Technology Officer

Christophe is responsible for the development of the PatientPop Practice Growth platform and leads the product, engineering, design, and analytics teams. Prior to PatientPop, he was CEO of video-on-demand leader M-Go, and held CTO positions for a variety of public and private companies. Christophe holds a Master's degree in Digital Technologies and Business from Telecom Nancy in France.

Carla Nichols

Senior Vice President of Operations

Carla leads the customer implementation, production, and account management teams. With more than 30 years of experience, Carla specializes in customer success and retention. Her leadership ensures customer satisfaction, while she oversees operations that encourage onboarding, adoption, and retention in SaaS services. Carla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Justin Welsh

Senior Vice President of Sales

Justin leads the PatientPop sales organization and, with his team of 75 people (and growing), is responsible for the company's revenue growth. Justin has led sales and business development teams for multiple healthcare SaaS companies, and dedicates his career to understanding the customer journey. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from The Ohio State University.

Terry Welty

Senior Vice President of Marketing

Terry drives the company's go-to-market strategy, from product marketing to brand development, thought leadership marketing, and lead generation. Terry has more than 20 years of experience leading high-performance marketing teams to meet aggressive growth and revenue goals. Terry has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Texas Tech, and a Master's of Business Administration from Baylor University.

Alexis Kavazanjian

Vice President of People Operations

Alexis leads the company's talent acquisition and people teams. She preserves and enhances the culture at PatientPop, while guiding the company's rapid growth. Alexis has more than a decade of experience in human resources, workforce planning, talent management, and learning and development. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Michelle Shotts

Vice President of Customer Success

Michelle oversees the customer success team at PatientPop and manages excellence and satisfaction at every touchpoint of the customer journey. As the "voice of the customer," she spent more than 16 years specializing in customer relationship management, product management, market research, business planning, and operations. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Arizona State University.
"Both of my parents were in healthcare. It rings true to me to help support the challenges of practice management."

Jared Jost

Vice President of Demand Generation

Jared drives demand generation and marketing operations at PatientPop. He has deep expertise implementing integrated marketing campaigns, and leads cross-functional efforts to meet revenue goals. Prior to PatientPop, Jared served in leadership roles at cloud-based software companies Twistlock and Smarsh. Jared holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and International Business from George Fox University.

Caitlin Reiche

Vice President of Strategy

Caitlin is responsible for identifying new markets, and aligning the PatientPop roadmap and new products to these opportunities. Caitlin has previously held roles in corporate strategy and product management at athenahealth. Caitlin holds a Masters in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, and attended the Harvard Medical School Executive Education Program.
