Thousands of healthcare, dental, and aesthetic service providers trust PatientPop to manage each step of practice growth, from the moment patients find them online to post-visit feedback. In this PatientPop review, we hear from customer Nicole Mermet, DMD, of Metropolitan Dental Care in Midtown, New York, N.Y. PatientPop has been a game changer. I needed a company to help me unify all of my online presences into one uniform identity, and also to handle the SEO and the website, just putting it all in one place. It was the best money I’ve spent on the business.
I’m a general dentist. I’ve been doing it for 16 years, and I’ve been running my own practice for well over 10. My goal is to provide the best possible care for my patients. We have a really great staff and we work really well together as a team. It’s really rewarding.
No matter how good your dentistry is or how strong your staff is, you have to have a strong online presence. Prior to PatientPop, I don’t know where I was on the Google rankings, but I think it took quite a few page scrolls to find me. If you don’t have a strong online presence, you’re really invisible. As a single doctor there’s no way that I could possibly do that on my own; I just don’t have the expertise, and I don’t have the time.
PatientPop helped with patient acquisition tremendously. Within the first few weeks of having PatientPop launch my new site, I went up on the Google rankings, had many more walk-in appointments from patients who had found me online. It was an almost immediate change.
The patient feedback has been fantastic. Patients love not having to be beholden to office hours. They want to have access 24/7, and when a patient is looking for a dentist, they want to be absolutely assured that lots and lots of patients have seen this dentist and had very positive reviews and very positive experiences.
I can’t imagine at this stage running a business without PatientPop. It’s definitely part of my long-term business strategy. There’s so much less that I have to do as a practitioner. I can just focus on dentistry and running my practice with my staff and it’s one less thing that I have to worry about.
