PatientPop culture

Get a behind-the-scenes look at why we love where we work! PatientPop offers unique company perks, coworker friendships, and an amazing product.

Employee morale is paramount to the success of our business.

Travis Schneider, Co-CEO

The unique employee perks and programs at PatientPop include a dog-friendly campus and company events such as monthly birthday celebrations, ping pong tournaments, trivia nights, and sports leagues. The company also offers several wellness initiatives, including onsite yoga, a walking club, meditation classes, and more.

Employees are recognized for their contributions, too. PatientPop employees can nominate their colleagues for various awards and gifts, or refer great candidates to the company with opportunities to win an all-expense paid vacation.

When you add it all up, it’s no wonder PatientPop has been named one of the “Best Places to Work” by the LA Business Journal. You can also read about our certification as a Great Place to Work here.

We measure two things closely at PatientPop, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. We believe that happy employees will lead to happy customers.

Luke Kervin, Co-CEO
