PatientPop bake sale for Red Nose Day

At PatientPop, we know the importance of being happy and healthy, which is why this year we participated in a fundraiser for Red Nose Day. With a goal of $500, PatientPop blew past that goal and raised $1,500!

For those who are unfamiliar, Red Nose Day is a fundraising campaign run by the non-profit organization, Comic Relief, Inc., that uses happiness and humor to raise money to end child poverty and build brighter futures for children around the world.

After immense success in the UK since its launch in 1988, Red Nose Day came to the U.S. Three years later, the US branch has raised over $100 million, and helped over 8 million children in America and around the world; providing food, education, and essential necessities and medical services to children in need.

Joining the likes of celebrities and organizations across the globe, PatientPop held an office-wide bake sale to raise money and awareness for the cause. PatientPoppers brought fresh baked goods from brownies to unicorn cupcakes and we sold them for $1 each, along with the infamous red noses. We had a lot of fun (and lots of frosting) while contributing to a great cause.

A big thank you to Red Nose Day for reminding us here at PatientPop of the power of laughter, and for helping us contribute to the brighter futures of children around the world. Thank you to all employees that generously donated time, money, and baked goodies to make our fundraiser a success!
