At PatientPop, we make philanthropy a priority. We strive to be equally as good to our community as we are to our employees, partners and customers. We’ve created a philanthropy program that emphasizes giving back whenever we can and allowing our #PatientPopPeople to volunteer to the organizations they are passionate about.
Volunteer Time Off
We recently implemented a Volunteer Time Off benefit for all employees. This policy allows employees to take 2 fully paid days per year to volunteer at an organization of their choice. By giving them these days, we are hoping that they take the time off work in order to give back to a cause they are truly passionate about. We understand there is not always time outside of work, family, and other commitments to find time to volunteer.

Philanthropy Events
In addition to providing days off for employees to volunteer on their own, we also coordinate company philanthropy events. Last year we did a blood drive with American Red Cross and have another one planned for November. We hosted a Goodwill donation drive in the office and along with employees’ personal items, we donated company equipment and furniture.
PatientPop contributed to the Feeding Texas non-profit in order to help provide food for those affected by Hurricane Harvey. Two weekends ago we participated in Heal the Bay’s Coastal Cleanup Day, where employees helped pick up trash on the beach near the Santa Monica Pier. This past weekend, our CEO and other employees rode in the LA Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride. This ride had over 1000 riders (motorcycles and mopeds) through LA to fundraise for men’s health issues.

Our company aims to create change in the community and positively impact the people and businesses that surround us. Although we are small in size, we are deeply passionate about giving back in any way that we can. If you have a non-profit that you think could use our help – please reach out!
