Second annual PatientPop Spring Cleaning Fundraiser

We continued to make philanthropy a priority by hosting a Spring Cleaning Fundraiser for the second year in a row! Throughout the month of March, we asked employees to do their spring cleaning and donate items such as clothing, shoes, and hats. Each person who donated received a “front in line” pass for our Thursday catered lunch, which is always a favorite prize. At the end of the month, our ping pong and lunch area became our very own store and employees “shopped” all of the donated items!

A special shout out to Customer Success Manager Chantelle Phillips, who organized the fundraiser, sorted through all of the clothes, and hand-delivered the donations to The Rain Project and Casa Pacifica facilities.

“I always try to give back, and thought this would be a perfect way to incorporate my passion for non-profits with my passion for healthcare.”

Chantelle Phillips, Customer Success Manager

Results

From shopping and direct donations, we were able to raise $250 in just a few hours. PatientPop Co-CEO Travis Schneider, generously matched these donations, totaling a $500 donation to the Venice Family Clinic. PatientPop is built on a foundation of helping practices thrive, and there’s no better way to help our local community thrive than giving back to local partners who believe in the same mission and values as we do.

We took the remaining 40+ bags of donations to two nonprofits in the community: The Rain Project and Casa Pacifica.
