New scheduling integration between PatientPop and Greenway Prime Suite helps healthcare practices acquire more patients while boosting reputation and reducing no-show appointments

Integration between PatientPop and Greenway Prime Suite platforms is available now, and allows mutual customers to acquire new patients, streamline the front office, and improve their online reputation.

  • Streamline scheduling. Patients get up-to-date appointment availability when scheduling online at their convenience with PatientPop. PatientPop retrieves appointment data whether it is booked online or directly in Greenway Prime Suite. Greenway Prime Suite calendar rules are retrieved, and availability is immediately displayed for patients booking online.
  • Reduce no-show appointments. Practices can decrease costly no-shows and save office staff time by sending digital appointment confirmations and reminders to all patients, using PatientPop.
  • Boost practice reputation. With PatientPop, practices that have Greenway Prime Suite can boost the number of online reviews they receive from patients, and take control of their reputation with automated feedback requests sent after all appointments.
