All patients that book online will receive an email to complete the form prior to their appointment. You can also send patients a link to the form anytime.
The PatientPop digital fax service allows your practice to send and receive documents from within your Practice Portal. To send a fax, all you have to do is enter a fax number, attach a file, then click “Send Fax.” Faxes you receive will be available to view and download in your Practice Portal.
