PatientPop’s digital fax service allows your practice to send and receive documents from within your Practice Portal. To send a fax, all you have to do is enter a fax number, attach a file, then click “Send Fax.” Faxes you receive will be available to view and download in your Practice Portal.
PatientPop’s text messaging service allows your practice to send and receive text messages from within your Practice Portal. We’ll assign your practice location a dedicated phone number to send and receive texts.
Providers should not share accounts. Sharing accounts will mean that only 1 virtual visit can be scheduled per time slot.
