Why invest in PatientPop telehealth and communications?

We offer a comprehensive set of tools specifically designed to be easy to use, for providers and patients. Other single point solutions don’t offer everything needed for providers to successfully integrate telehealth into their practice and follow up with their patients.

How does digital fax work?

PatientPop’s digital fax service allows your practice to send and receive documents from within your Practice Portal. To send a fax, all you have to do is enter a fax number, attach a file, then click “Send Fax.” Faxes you receive will be available to view and download in your Practice Portal.

How does text messaging work?

PatientPop’s text messaging service allows your practice to send and receive text messages from within your Practice Portal. We’ll assign your practice location a dedicated phone number to send and receive texts.

Can I share my license with another provider in my practice? Why should I buy more than 1 license?

Providers should not share accounts. Sharing accounts will mean that only 1 virtual visit can be scheduled per time slot.

Can I use PatientPop telehealth + communications without a PatientPop Practice Growth?

Not at this time. Our telehealth + communications solution fully complements our practice growth platform to help you enhance each touchpoint of the patient journey.

My EHR offers a telehealth option, or I’m using another telehealth solution. Why should I consider using PatientPop instead?

There are several key differentiators:

  1. PatientPop offers a streamlined experience for your to connect with patients before the visit, during the visit, and after the visit which helps to reduce time-consuming and manual workflows.
  2. Other solutions/EHRs are only optimized for the practice and providers, but not for the patient experience. PatientPop provides an optimal, easy-to-use experience for both providers and patients.
  3. The patient adoption rate is high with our solution. Many EHR telehealth options usually require patients to log into a patient portal which is rarely used by patients.
How long will it take to get up and running?

Our goal is to get you up and running with PatientPop Telehealth in as little as one week (however, you can get up and running in as little as one day!). During onboarding, PatientPop gives you the knowledge you need to use our telehealth solution, so you can start scheduling and managing virtual care visits with patients right away.

What's required from me to onboard?

Here’s a helpful launch checklist to help ensure success:

  • Designate a telehealth champion from your practice. Your champion is responsible for your account setup.
  • Provide basic location information about your practice.
  • Provide basic contact information about provider(s).
